What is Trusted Advisor?

A summary of best practices provided by AWS for the customer. Trusted Advisor inspects your AWS environment and makes recommendations to improve on service cost, system availability, performance and security gaps. There are many checks that are available however it will depend on the support plan your account obtains, paid tiers from 'Business' onwards receive more checks than the 'Free' and 'Developer' tiers. As well as more checks, the 'Business' and higher tiers can access the Trusted Advisor checks from AWS CLI and AWS Trusted Advisor API, not just the Console like the lower tier accounts.
